Meet and greet first
After your initial enquiry, we meet you and your pet before accepting care. It lets us understand temperament, routines, health needs and whether our home and care are the right fit.

Agree the care plan
We write down feeding, allergies, medication, sleep, exercise and how your pet is around other animals. Optional prepared food is discussed ingredient by ingredient before it is included.

Confirm the booking
If we're a good fit and the dates are available, we'll confirm in writing with the agreed dates, care plan and arrangements.
